Following the devastating fire in the Newcastle Business District, Books Inn, Inc. will remain closed until further notice. Our staff greatly appreciates your patience and understanding during this exceptionally trying time. The outpouring of love and support that we have received thus far is humbling and so comforting. We have always expressed that our loyal customers are the foundation of our business and our biggest pride. You have all helped us to shape our business into the success that it is and will undoubtedly continue to be.

We understand that many of you had special orders with us, and we cannot apologize enough that we may not be able to fill them. For those of you who had prepaid for your orders, we are currently working to get a system in place to reimburse you. This procedure will also apply to those of you with balances remaining on your gift cards and accounts. Again, we ask for your patience and understanding as we move forward.

While our website will remain online and functional, please note that no new orders will be accepted at this time.
